The unit is updated and lovely on the inside. It felt clean, and it was pretty quiet. The eastern sun shining in made it difficult to enjoy the ocean front view until the late afternoon/early evening, which was a bummer for morning whale watching or leaving the curtains open during the day. But, it was a very lovely view, and it was nice to have binoculars in the unit for whale watching before sunset. The pool, hot tub, and grass area outside are very nice. There were a lot of ants and cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, even with us keeping all food in the fridge and keeping everything very tidy. There was a building notice up about upcoming pest control, so hopefully, that will help with the issue. I would recommend keeping all food refrigerated and taking out the garbage every night. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Thank you.
